Baan Facility Services provides residential, commercial and general cleaning services based on the agreed service details. Service inclusions and duration may vary depending on the size and condition of the property.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. If access is unavailable, a call-out fee may apply.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Clients should ensure valuables, fragile items, and important documents are safely stored before the cleaning service begins. Baan Facility Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsecured items.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue promptly.

6. Health & Safety

Our cleaners reserve the right to refuse work in unsafe, hazardous, or inappropriate conditions.

7. Liability

While we take reasonable care during all cleaning services, Baan Facility Services is not liable for normal wear and tear, deterioration, or damage caused by faulty fittings, poor installation, or pre-existing conditions.

8. Privacy

Any personal information collected during enquiries or service requests will be kept private and used only for communication and service-related purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

Baan Facility Services may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will apply from the date they are published on the website.
