Baan Facility Services provides professional cleaning and facility management services, including but not limited to:

Service availability may vary depending on your location and scheduling.
All quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the customer.
Final pricing may change if the scope of work differs from the original quotation.
Additional work requested after the quotation has been accepted may incur additional charges.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Bookings are confirmed once accepted by Baan Facility Services.
Customers agree to provide accurate information regarding:
Property location
Access arrangements
Required services
Any hazards or special requirements
Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges or service delays.
Customers agree to:
Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
Ensure utilities such as electricity and water are available where required.
Secure valuables and fragile items before our team arrives.
Inform us of any hazards, pets, or special site conditions.
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
If access to the property cannot be provided at the scheduled time, a call-out fee may apply.
Payment is due according to the agreed invoice terms.
We reserve the right to:
Charge interest on overdue invoices where permitted by law.
Suspend future services until outstanding balances are paid.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
Where appropriate, we will arrange to inspect the issue and, at our discretion, provide a re-clean or another suitable resolution.
While we take every reasonable precaution when delivering our services, Baan Facility Services is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Damage resulting from faulty fixtures or equipment
Loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Australian law.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if:
The environment is unsafe.
Hazardous materials are present without prior notice.
Staff are subjected to abusive or threatening behaviour.
Additional charges may apply where work conditions differ significantly from those described at the time of booking.
You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
